In these unprecedented times, there is a requirement for temporary structures with negative pressure to ensure contagion free environments.
Our Inflatable Negative Pressure tent is a customisable, mobile, and easy to install solution.
- What is it – A large Inflatable Tent with pass boxes on the side of the tent wall for access pipes and electrical ducting which is required to create a negative pressure room.
- What is it Used For – It is used to contain airborne contaminants such as; viruses, bacteria, pollens, gases, VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) and chemicals. Hospitals use isolation rooms which are negatively pressurised with respect to adjacent areas to prevent airborne contaminants from drifting to other areas and contaminating patients, staff and sterile equipment. Negative pressure tents can be set up outside hospitals and clinics so that potential COVID-19 patients can be screened in a free-standing facility without the risk of spread to others. Other uses are: ICU rooms, Emergency Department Public Waiting Areas, Triage, Laboratory Work Areas, Autopsy Rooms, Industrial Safety Areas.
- How it Works – The tents include negative pressure systems to help control disease outbreaks. Outside air is allowed in and ran through filters. The air is then cleaned and recirculated 12 times per hour. The air inside the tent does not leave the space. This protects everyone else from exposure.
- Technical Features – Rapid and easy deployment, Inflates in 5 min, Airtight inflatable fabric, Space saving as they are deflated & stored easily, Extendable as more tents can be erected as needed.
Standard tent sizes are available for quick shipment, but our designers can also work with you to help customise an inflatable structure to suite your needs.
